Refund policy

We accept exchanges or store credit on full-priced items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags still attached. 

At this time, we do not offer refunds.

Return shipping costs for exchanges or store credit are the responsibility of the customer. 

If a garment is found to be faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. In the case of a confirmed fault, return shipping will be covered by Gerbera Belle, and a replacement, exchange, or store credit will be arranged.
