At Gerbera Belle, we take great care in preparing every order. All pieces are packed thoughtfully from Melbourne and dispatched with love.
Below is everything you need to know about shipping your order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During launch periods, sales events, or high-volume drops, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience while we prepare each order with care.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship within Australia using a tracked courier service.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your state and postcode, but most domestic orders arrive within 2–7 business days after dispatch.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been dispatched and tracking has been provided, Gerbera Belle cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the postal service or courier.
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@gerberabelle.com and we will do our best to assist in locating it and liaising with the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.
Gerbera Belle cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Authority to Leave
If you select an authority-to-leave option at checkout or through the courier, Gerbera Belle is not responsible for parcels once they have been delivered to the nominated address.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@gerberabelle.com with:
• your order number
• clear photos of the packaging and item
We’ll review the issue and arrange the next steps as quickly as possible.
